What are our Housekeepers / Technicians’ job titles?
Our Housekeepers / Technicians are called “ Keys ”.
What is your cancellation policy?
You may cancel or change your appointment up to 24 hours before the date of your service date without being charged 50% of their full-service price. Appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance of the service date will be charged at 50% of their full-service price.
Do I need to be home when the housekeepers arrive?
No, you do not. Many of our customers aren’t home when we clean for them. Please be sure to leave accurate instructions so we can access your home and not waste any of your valuable cleaning time.
What sets Key To Cleanliness housekeepers apart from other cleaning services?
Our Housekeepers are full-time employees of Key To Cleanliness. They are bonded, insured, & background checked. They are trained to work quickly & effectively while paying attention to details.
Do I need to provide any cleaning supplies?
No, providing any supplies is not necessary. We can bring all the required products, equipment, and materials needed to do the job right. If you have any specific products or equipment you would like us to use, we are also open to that.
Will I have to wait during a window for the “Key Cleaner” to arrive?
Nope! We offer exact scheduling, meaning if your three-hour appointment begins at 8:30 AM, we’ll arrive at 8:30 AM.
Is it ok if my pet is home when you clean?
Yes, absolutely. We are very pet-friendly and look forward to meeting you and your pet!
